1. Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "baj999", "platform" or "we" refers to the company that operates baj999. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has accessed this platform, created an account, or used the services.

2.3 Registration Information

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

3.2 Account Verification

Before the first withdrawal or at any stage, baj999 may verify identity through a national identity card or other government-issued ID. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Deactivation

If a user remains inactive for an extended period, the platform may mark the account as inactive. The associated balance will remain safe — contact the support team to reactivate the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

The accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals at baj999 are currently bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

For each payment method, the minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may increase if verification or a security review is required.

4.4 Account Ownership

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from or to a payment account registered in the name of the account holder only. Payments in the name of a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be suspended or cancelled.

4.5 Transaction Accuracy

Once a transaction is completed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. The user is responsible for transactions that occur due to incorrect information.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus, up to ৳15,000, is available on the first deposit at baj999. For example, if a member deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That means, using the example above, after wagering ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 of the bonus, the amount earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Once a bonus has been credited, it cannot be cancelled.
• Until wagering is complete, only the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn; the original deposit amount can be withdrawn under the normal rules.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus can be added unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• baj999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected or fraudulent bonus use.
• Bonuses are for playing games only — they are not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

The baj999 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is calculated as a fixed percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold level member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. VIP level advancement depends on active participation on the platform.

5.4 General Conditions for Promotional Offers

The specific terms of any ongoing promotion will be stated on that promotion's page. In the event of a dispute, the specific terms of the promotion take precedence over the general terms and conditions. baj999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered final only when they have been definitively recorded on the platform's server. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned.

6.2 Odds and Changes

Odds may change up until an event starts. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. baj999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds arising from publicly available information or a technical error.

6.3 Event Results

In sports betting, results are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is postponed or cancelled, baj999 will handle the bets according to its own rules, which is typically resolved by returning the bet amount.

6.4 Casino Games

Casino game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Game results are impartial and independent. RTP information for each game is displayed according to the game provider's data.

6.5 Maximum Win Limit

Certain games or promotions may have a maximum win limit. This limit will be stated in the terms of the relevant game or promotion.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misusing bonus benefits or attempting to exploit the system.
• Using any software, bots or automated systems to place bets or play games.

• Creating an account under a false identity or submitting false documents during verification.
